Travis Spader, MS, PT
Owner & Operator
​
Travis Spader, PT, MS, is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 25 years in the field. He earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1999. In addition to his clinical expertise, Travis is a ATV racing legend with over 20 years competing and winning the 2000 Pro Grand National Championship. He specializes in manual therapies such as myofascial release and joint mobilization, and is passionate about designing tailored training programs to treat injuries and optimize athletic performance.
Lauren Klecko, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Lauren graduated from Ithaca College with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Lauren has focused experience working in pediatrics, specifically individuals with diverse medical conditions including neurological disorders, developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, SPD, CP, emotional/behavioral difficulties, vision disorders, and feeding disorders. Her warm and caring demeanor invites patients and their family members to move through their therapy journey with confidence and hope. Lauren also has Hippotherapy practice experience utilizing a horse as a therapy tool for her patients' therapy needs. In her down time you can find Lauren exploring nature, traveling to exotic destinations, and practicing yoga

Christy Maloney, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Christy graduated from Waynesburg University with a degree in athletic training in 2013 where she was also a member of the NCAA Division III basketball team for two years. She graduated from Mercer Community College in 2022 and became a licensed physical therapist assistant. She is passionate about providing quality care that helps patients return to what they love to do. Her experience includes orthopedics and sports medicine.

Alex Eberle, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Alex graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2019 with a MS degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked with children of all ages throughout her career with early intervention, outpatient/clinic setting, and school-based therapy. She has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, learning disabilities, and gross and fine motor developmental delays. Alex enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her goldendoodle and labradoodle, traveling, being outdoors, or reading!

Nicole Halliwell, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Nicole Halliwell graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and her Doctor of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences with a focus specializing in Pediatrics. Her professional background includes a wide variety of pediatric settings including school based, clinic based, and home instruction helping to inspire the holistic approach she uses with her clients. Nicole has a strong drive for keeping up with current research literature and continuing to develop her professional skills and giving back to the occupational therapy community through teaching, service, and research. In her free time, Nicole enjoys taking and teaching yoga classes, hiking, cooking, and relaxing with her family and friends.

Dustin, MS
Physical Therapist

Dustin is a licensed physical therapist with over 10 years of experience specializing in pediatrics, oncology, and orthopedics. He is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve mobility, strength, and overall function. In pediatrics he focuses on developmental progress, gait analysis, postural training, and has extensive experience working with a variety of braces and orthotics to support functional movement. In oncology, he helps manage side effects and restore mobility throughout their treatment journey. His orthopedic care integrates manual techniques, including myofascial release, with targeted exercise to address pain and promote recovery. Known for his collaborative approach and hands-on care, Dustin partners closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans that support lasting progress.

Dana Salsano, SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Dana Salsano is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience and is a proud graduate of Kean University. She has worked
extensively with children ranging from 12 months to 21 years old, specializing in autism, apraxia, feeding, and language delays. Dana is passionate about helping children and their families achieve their communication goals through personalized, child-led therapy, as well as offering guidance and support throughout the process. Outside of work, Dana enjoys quality time with her husband and daughters, embracing family life to the fullest.

Lanie Wilt, LAc, MS, MA
Diplomate of Acupuncture
Lanie’s approach integrates her training in East Asian Medicine with a modern, biomedical understanding of the body so patients experience healing and opportunity to move forward from whatever injury or illness has led them to seek care. Her compassionate bedside manner and educational approach includes lifestyle, dietary, and stress management strategies to help empower each patient in their personal journey of health and growth. She has particular interest in the areas of pain management, women’s health, autoimmunity, and mental health.

Nicolette Melo, LAc, MS, MA
Diplomate of Acupuncture
Nicollette graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Science in Kinesiology and Health. Soon after she attended Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine where she received her Master’s Degre. Nicollette fell in love with Acupuncture after understanding its range of benefits from alleviating aches and pains to emotional distress to GI issues. Outside of work Nicollette enjoys Lagree fitness, yoga, spending time with friends and family, live music, all food, and saying hello to any dog she can on her outdoor adventures.

Jenna Palmer, LAc, MS, MA
Diplomate of Acupuncture
Jenna graduated from Tri-State College of Acupuncture, where she learned three acupuncture styles that she blends into her practice. She mainly uses trigger point and dry needling techniques to ease acute and chronic pain, including sports injuries. What she loves most about this medicine is its focus on individual differences. Whether clients seek relief from muscle pain, aim to enhance their digestive health, or struggle with depression or anxiety, Jenna ensures they feel at ease throughout the process. She approaches each session with an open mind, using her intuition and experience to address the root causes of symptoms. Committed to finding the right treatment for everyone, Jenna believes there are countless ways to address each ailment.

Lisa Keel
Massage Therapist
Lisa graduated from the Somerset School of Massage in 1996. She is a passionate therapist dedicated to treating every client’s concerns holistically. Lisa specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Breast Cancer Massage. Lisa is also a certified Yoga Instructor. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling around the world, skiing, yoga, hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
